- First, we got the pumpkin (the idea came to me after we finished it, sorry. Here is a pumpkin that is similar, only a bit smaller to the one used)
- Then, using this grinder below, I personally proceeded to grind it until it got really soft and juicy.
(The consequences were some
scratches on my fingers, not a big deal)
- After it was all grinded, my mother took the pumpkin and put it in a piece of cotton fabric i think, to drain the water from the pumpkin.- The pumpkin will stay like that overnight until tomorrow morning. Tomorrow my mother of course, not me, will proceed to put it into some kind of bread, or I don't know how to call it, you'll see for yourself. So tomorrow I will take a bunch of pics documenting the whole process. Because I think these things are a bit primitive, and the place where I live is primitive. Btw, I live in Kosovo(click for wikipedia).
I dont know what it is to be honest. But if its a pumpkin based bread, im sure its delicious.
ReplyDeleteI do not know if I'm trying this one.
